The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the staff was friendly and provided good service, always willing to help with any questions or requests. the location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and with easy access to public transportation.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, especially in areas outside of the main building. This made it difficult to use the internet when sitting by the pool or in the garden.

The friendly and helpful staff catered to all my needs and provided great suggestions for transportation to interesting sites in the woodlands and other establishments. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were always attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The hotel is a bit out of the way and not very accessible. It is located 4km outside of town and the infrequent bus service made it difficult to get around without a car.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly - they really went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property, from the beautifully spacious rooms to the many relaxed seating areas available. The peaceful setting of the hotel was truly a breath of fresh air, and the food and wine served were absolutely amazing. I particularly enjoyed the fabulous pool, although it was a bit too cold during my April stay, the hotel staff can arrange transportation if you don't have a car.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect - I couldn't fault a thing.
